If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our rug, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 calendar days. Customers of HUA YU are never charged a restocking fee. Personalized and custom-made rugs are, regretfully, nonreturnable, unless there is a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please call or email us and give us the tracking number, so that we can issue credit upon the arrival of rugs. Damaged or soiled rugs will not be accepted.

This also includes any advertised or catalog specials. To redeem your refund, simply email us with the catalog page or newspaper clipping where you saw the merchandise advertised, or if the item was found online, please give us the URL address of our competitor's product. Prices must be verifiable and include shipping & tax to qualify. Once this has been verified, credit is issued by the end of next business day. HUA YU management reserves the right to reject any pricing that is illegitimate.

Very Low Maintenance

All customers enjoy the very low maintenance for all rugs purchased from HUA YU . Regular vacuuming will help rugs retain their beauty and will extend the life of the rug. Clean spills immediately and blot with a clean cloth, spot clean with a solution of clear dish washing detergent (non-bleach) and water, rinse with water, and blot dry. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended using the hot water extraction method. Do not dry clean your rugs and/or use bleach. We offer free carpet restoration and washing services for three years as well .
